旅游签证 VISADO DE TURISTA

此类签证将发给仅出于旅游原因希望进入泰国的旅客。
获得此签证的旅客自签发之日起 90 天内有效。但是,允许的逗留期限为自入境之日起不超过 60 天,并且可以在该国逗留一次延长 30 天。

申请所需材料

  1. 护照原件(不是复印件)。护照必须在抵达泰国之日起至少有 6 个月的有效期,并且必须包含至少一个完整的空白签证页)。没有护照,签证将不会被签发。
  2. 签证申请表,填写并签名。如果您是未成年人,表格必须由父母双方签字。此外,您必须提供家庭簿的复印件和父母双方的身份证。
  3. 两张护照大小的相纸照片,正面拍摄,不戴墨镜,不戴光头(拍摄时间不超过 6 个月)。
  4. 在西班牙拥有合法居留权的外国公民还必须提供经警方或公证人认证的居留卡 (NIE) 的复印件。如果您在西班牙没有合法居留权,则不能在该领事馆申请旅游签证。在安道尔拥有合法居留权但国籍不同的公民,必须提供经警方或公证人认证的安道尔居留卡复印件。
  5. 金额 35 欧元。必须亲自到大使馆或通过快递以现金支付。
  6. 根据您的出入境日期,确认隔离后在泰国整个逗留期间的酒店预订复印件。
  7. 已确认的SHA Extra Plus酒店预订复印件(第一天和第五天进行PCR测试并在第一天从机场接机)。a
  8. 申请人银行账户的当前银行证明,显示有足够的​​余额去泰国。银行对账单必须显示账户的所有者。
  9. 往返机票预订单
  10. 健康旅游保险公司 (https://longstay.tgia.org/) 的英文证明复印件,清楚地表明它涵盖了 COVID-19 病例,并且最低保额为 50,000 美元。此外,该政策必须涵盖在该国的整个临时逗留。

Nota:

签证申请可在计划旅行日期前不少于 3 个月前提交。

申请人有责任确定进入泰国是否需要签证。使馆有权在不提供任何理由的情况下紧急拒发签证,如果申请人因没有签证而误机或误机,使馆不负任何责任。同样,大使馆保留在必要时要求提供其他附加文件的权利。

如果您不能亲自出示文件,您可以通过 MRW 使用“交付和收集”服务发送文件。在这种情况下,如果您符合获得签证的要求,MRW 将在指定期限内领取。当需要以现金支付费用时,MRW 可以在交付文件后与快递公司安排。

如果申请人选择其他快递服务,他们将负责管理文件的交付和收集以及费用的现金支付。送货和/或取货时间仅为上午 10:00 至下午 1:00。

大使馆不发货。退回文件时不接受贴有邮票的信封。

从 2021 年 11 月 1 日起,前往泰国的人必须在 https://tp.consular.go.th 注册泰国 Thailand Pass 二维码。旅客必须在值机柜台向航空公司和移民官员出示二维码。最晚在旅行前 7 天注册。

免检疫到泰国旅游(Test & Go)
从 2022 年 2 月 1 日起,泰国和非泰国旅客只要满足以下要求,即可注册“Test & Go 泰国通行证”计划:
必须在出发前至少 14 天完全接种疫苗; (如果您没有完全接种疫苗,请参阅本页底部的信息。)
2022 年 3 月 1 日或之后抵达泰国的旅客必须在抵达时进行 RT-PCR 检测。旅客在收到阴性结果后可以前往泰国的其他目的地。

1.A valid passport (visa / travel documents / or visa exemption depending on nationalities)
2. Itinerary of flights from Spain to Thailand (Travellers can transit at an airport outside Thailand before arriving at an international airport in Thailand. Domestic transit between airports in Thailand is not allowed.)

Travellers who wish to fly to Phuket may take a flight from outside Thailand to Phuket, or transit at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and take a flight of Bangkok Airways (starting with PG5xxx only) or Thai Smile Airways’ sealed-route flight. Please make sure that all international and domestic flights of Bangkok Airways / Thai Smile Airways, from Spain to Phuket, are in the same booking.

If you wish to fly to Koh Samui, make sure that the flights from Spain all the way to Samui Airport (USM) are in the same booking, with transit at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK). The flight from BKK to USM must start with PG5xxx. Other flights (without PG5xxx) are not allowed.

3. Fully-paid hotel reservation confirmation (AQ or SHA Extra + standard) for one night upon arrival in Thailand, including one RT-PCR test, airport pick-up service, and one antigen test kit (ATK). The hotel must be located within 5-hour travel time from the airport where the travellers arrive in Thailand. 注意预定酒店的时候要选择包含接送和PCR测试

Travellers to Phuket, Phang Nga, and Krabi must make a payment for one COVID-19 RT-PCR test at https://www.thailandpsas.com/ (not included in hotel reservation) and upload the receipt to Thailand Pass registration system together with the hotel reservation. 

Hotel list can be found at https://web.thailandsha.com/shaextraplus and http://hsscovid.com/  The accommodation can also be reserved directly with the hotel.

4. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

(1) Travellers, at 18 years of age and over, are required to obtain proofs indicating that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no less than 14 days before departure.
(2) Travellers, at 12 years to under 18 years of age, are required to obtain proofs indicating that they have been vaccinated with at least 1 dose of COVID-19 vaccine no less than 14 days before departure. (This group of travellers are not required to obtain a proof of COVID-19 vaccination, if travelling with parents.)
(3) Travellers, under 12 years of age and travelling with parents, are not required to obtain a proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
(4) Travellers, who recovered from COVID-19, must obtain proofs of at least 1 dose of COVID-19 vaccine no less than 14 days before departure, and a medical certificate indicating that they have contracted and recovered from COVID-19.

Attach both vaccination certificates/documents issued after receiving each dose.


Types of vaccine that are accepted include:

(1) CoronaVac by Sinovac (2 doses needed)
(2) AstraZeneca by AstraZeneca & Oxford University / SK BIOSCIENCE (Korea) / Siam Bioscience / Serum Institute of India (2 doses needed)
(3) Pfizer-BioNTECH COVID-19 vaccine / Comirnaty by Pfizer-BioNTECH (2 doses needed)
(4) Janssen by Johnson & Johnson Services, Inc. (1 dose needed)
(5) Moderna by Moderna Inc. (2 doses needed)
(6) Sinopharm Vaccine / COVILO by Sinopharm Co., Ltd. (2 doses needed)
(7) SputnikV (Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology) (2 doses needed)
(8) Covaxin (Bharat Biotech International Limited (BBIL)) (2 doses needed)
(9) Novavax / Nuvavoxid (2 doses needed)

5. (For non-Thais only) a medical insurance policy (in English language) which expressly covers treatment and medical expenses, with minimum coverage of 20,000 USD. The insurance must cover the total duration of stay in Thailand. (Travellers may obtain an insurance policy from foreign insurance companies or consider buying an insurance at https://covid19.tgia.org.)

Thai nationals, entitled to government health coverage, are not required to obtain an insurance policy.

Travelling to Thailand with Sandbox Program 沙盒计划

Requirements: 

– must have been fully-vaccinated no less than 14 days before departure; (If you are NOT fully vaccinated, please see information at the bottom of this page.)
– must take an RT-PCR tests upon arrival in Sandbox. If the test result is negative, travellers may travel within the Sandbox areas, and must return to stay at the hotel. They are not allowed to stay over-night at other locations within the first 5 days. Travellers may not travel to other parts of Thailand during the first 5 days, but may depart from Thailand to other countries if the lenght of stay in Sandbox areas is shorter than 5 days.

2. Flight itinerary 

– Travellers can transit at an airport outside Thailand before arriving at an international airport in Thailand. Domestic transit between airports in Thailand is not allowed.

– Phuket, Phang Nga, and Krabi – Travellers who wish to fly to Phuket may take a flight from outside Thailand to Phuket, or transit at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and take a flight of Bangkok Airways (starting with PG5xxx only) or Thai Smile Airways’ sealed-route flight. Please make sure that all international and domestic flights of Bangkok Airways / Thai Smile Airways, from Spain to Phuket, are in the same booking.

– Koh Samui, Koh Tao, and Koh Pha Ngan (Surat Thani Province), make sure that the flights from Spain all the way to Samui Airport (USM) are in the same booking, with transit at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK). The flight from BKK to USM must start with PG5xxx. Other flights from BKK without PG5xxx are not allowed. 

– Chon Buri Province (Bang Lamung, Pattaya, Si Racha, Sattahip – only Tambon Na Chom Thian and Tambon Bang Sare) and Trad Province (Koh Chang District)

3. An official, fully-paid hotel reservation confirmation for at least 5 days after arriving in Thailand. The hotel must have obtained SHA Extra+ or AQ standard. Hotel list can be found at https://web.thailandsha.com/shaextraplus and http://hsscovid.com/. The accommodation can also be reserved directly with the hotel.

Phuket, Phang Nga, and Krabi – Travellers must make a payment for one COVID-19 RT-PCR test at https://www.thailandpsas.com/ (not included in hotel reservation) and upload the receipt to Thailand Pass registration system together with the hotel reservation. 

Other Sandbox areas – Please make sure that one RT-PCR test and one ATK are included in the hotel reservation confirmation.

– Travellers can transit at an airport outside Thailand before arriving at an international airport in Thailand. Domestic transit between airports in Thailand is not allowed.

Travellers who wish to fly to Phuket may take a flight from outside Thailand to Phuket, or transit at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and take a flight of Bangkok Airways (starting with PG5xxx only) or Thai Smile Airways’ sealed-route flight. 3. An official, fully-paid hotel reservation confirmation for 5 days. The information on the confirmation letter must include an airport pick-up, three meals per day, and COVID-19 test. Travellers to Phuket, Phang Nga, and Krabi must make a payment for COVID-19 RT-PCR test at https://www.thailandpsas.com/ (not included in hotel reservation) and upload the receipt to Thailand Pass registration system together with the hotel reservation. 

 4. (Non-Thai travellers only) Medical insurance policy (in English language) which expressly covers treatment and medical expenses, with minimum coverage of 20,000 USD. The insurance must cover the total duration of stay in Thailand.
